Just after Phoebe has written Ross' note for his sandwich, she picks up a mug of coffee and says, "Some time I'll tell you about the time I stabbed a cop." Monica says, "Phoebe!" and Phoebe replies, "What! He stabbed me first!" She is now holding a pen. Then, in the wide shot a mere second later, she is holding the mug again!! Crazy!
