Twister - Unrealistic Weather

At the end of the movie, when the F5 tornado hits. Everything is all violent, right after, it is all clear with blue skies. There is no way that a gigantic rotating super-cell producing an F5 tornado can just vanish. If it were to move away, it would've made more sense.
