Dragonball Z - "HFIL" (Home for Infinite Losers) or Something Else?
In episode #108 title "Warriors of the Dead" Cell and several other villains team up in other world and are causing problems. Cell is torturing the red colored oga and saying something along the lines of "There has to be a way out of here..." Cell asks the red oga if he can tell him a way out, when the oga says no Cell throws him into the air towards some spiky things. Here is the slip-up, As the oga is falling backwards through the air, his shirt reads, HFIL (which the grand kai said was short for "Home For Infinite Losers). If you watch carefully (possibly put your VCR on slow/frame-by-frame) you can see that the shirt originally had the word "Hell" on it. You have to watch closely, it only shows up for a breif moment, but nevertheless its there. Apparently FUNimation didn't think that was appropriate for TV and tried to patch it up. You do not need a slow or frame-by-frame option on your VCR to see this it is just much easier to see if you have one.

There is a good explanation for this. When DBZ was first produced for American audiences, it was produced by FUNimation, Pioneer and Saban. There was heavy censorship to the original 2 seasons, no blood and not a mention of death (just some "another dimension" fluff). Another example of censorship is HFIL. It was originally supposed to be "HELL." The original producers changed it so that the BS&P wouldn't kill the show. When FUNimation took complete control of the American syndication, they just left it instead of changing it to its original form. If they did, then this site would be full of "they changed it to HELL from HFIL!"
