Midsomer Murders - Perhaps He Was Dead Restless...
It occurs in a 2001 episode, with the martians and the corn circles. Through the course of the episode you see many dead people. One of the people that you see is wheeled on a cart into the forensic laboratory. Just as the cart pulls to a stop you can see the dead man's hand twitch a bit.

Some bodies do twitch a bit after death so not necessarily a slip up, but more than likely is.
