You may be able to get this on the special edition, but they may have cut it out. When you first see the Imperial fleet, and you get your first wide shot of the Executor, (the Super Star Destroyer) in the right of the screen there are the engines of a Star Destroyer just flying through space for a couple of seconds before they disappear.
