Charlie's Angels - Downloading....I Don't Think So
In the scene where the angels are in the changing room with the handheld computer, she says its downloading and it may well be but if you look close you will see that its really just Windows CE word processor with they words DOWNLOADING written on. This is also used again when they are in the car and the burger bar. I know this is a geeky thing to point out but I work with computers so I know these things!!
Special Requirements:
Its in EVERY version out!! I think

In the car chase scene between creepy thin man and Natalie, they race to a bridge. They are side by side the entire time. But once they get to the bridge, they are far apart and facing each other! How did they do that? And also, creepy thin man goes over the bridge and falls in the water... you would assume that he dies, but then you see him later in the movie at Eric Knox's house... how is that possible?
