It's at the part when Alec Baldwin's character is first seen in his bedroom. The little girl comes in, and talks about the ghost being in her room. In one scene, Baldwin has is arms folded across his chest. In the next scene, his arms are at his side. Unless he has Superman powers, which I highly doubt, he couldn't have moved his arms.
