Predator - To Whistle or Not to Whistle

When Anna tries escape the second time, Dutch (Arnold) whistles and makes a movement with his hand. If you watch his mouth you can see that it never opens or distorts at all. Arnold isn't actually whistling in that scene. It is just a voice-over slip up.
