When Vincent is talking to Mia about what to do about her ODing, they go back and forth between two camera angles. One is from behind Mia while the other is from behind Vince. When the camera is behind Vince, his hands are in a relaxed position, while when in shows him from behind Mia, he has his hands stretched out.

Different perspectives again, when it's behind a certain character, it's almost certainly being told from their perspective, so while one person remembers someone having their hands out, panicking, that person may remember themselves keeping calm, be it because of ego, or bad memory.
