In the final 20 minutes of this great cheap film,

Ash is standing by the main front door of the cabin and the hands come thru the door to grab him.

After he shakes them off you can see one of the fingers has a hole at the end so you can see a normal finger sticking out. I confess I only saw this because of the director's commentary on the DVD.

Also, earlier on in the film as Ash's girlfriend admires her necklace in the mirror, look closely as Ash approaches the mirror, he can be seen looking down at his mark (again from the commentary).
