Cast Away - His Fingernail
When Tom Hanks is on the plane that crashes, he takes a Band-Aid off of his finger and it shows that he is missing a fingernail. The next day, on the island, he picks up a big rock. Both of his hands and all of his fingernails are shown. All 10 are intact!

I completely agree with you. I saw it in the movie! He does have all 10 fingernails! It would be impossible for one to have grown back that fast.
