Airplane - Fast Smoker
In Airplane, when the guy w/ many addictions lights a cigarette, it flashes over to Rex Kramer. Then when it flashes back two seconds later, the cigarette is almost smoked all the way through!!!

Not a slip-up. It shows that Lloyd Bridges is so screwed up on his addictions that he probably would have a cigarette sucked dry in seconds.
