Wedding Planner, The - Sitting or Standing?
In the second scene of the movie, at the wedding that Mary is planning, at the part where a woman points at Mary and says "look, there's the wedding planner", every one is sitting down. Then it cuts to the bride walking down the isle, and everyone is standing then it cuts back to the women and everyone is sitting. Then it cuts back to the bride, and she is still walking down the isle, and everyone is still standing.

If you watch the extra scenes in the dvd version of the movie you will see they have omitted a section where Mary gets a phone call during the ceremony and she goes outside and takes the call. Within this time frame they have had enough of a chance to rectify the change you see in them sitting to standing.

Megan, yes sometimes they do not shoot the scenes in chronological order, but the editors should try to make the scenes make sense. It IS a slip-up if they don't realize that it appears that the people are standing up and then sitting down. I am aware that it is proper to stand up when the bribe is walking down the aisle, and the editors should have caught their slip-up and film all 4 scenes with the guests standing up.

It is proper for the guests to stand when the bride walks down the aisle They could have shot both of the scenes where the women are standing together when all the people are sitting. And the bride scenes together. They don't always shoot the movie in chronological order. That is all i can think of, and surely you could be mistaken.
