Blade Runner - Disappearing Boot Heels
When Zora is being interviewed after her shower, she is shown putting on high-heeled boots. Later, after a long chase, she crashes through a plate glass window and we can see that the high heels are gone.

The reason for the change in boots is that the stunt double for zora couldn't run through the window in high heels.

Besides, who can run in high heels? Even Replicants would have trouble with that. better to break the heels off or go barefoot.
