At the beginning of the movie, we see a blue building being bombed, apparantly the American Embassy. Actually, this building is the Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station, across the harbour from the American Embassy, which I live near to.

Other mistakes like this:

Chris Tucker walks out of the Yau Ma Tei Police Station. The next minute he is walking in Central and goes into a shop to buy a Chinese suit. Yau Ma Tei and Central are very far apart. Across the harbour in fact!

These mistakes are very obvious to anyone living in Hong Kong. There are many more like it.
