This slip~up requires sharp ears. Detective Superintendent Johnny McLeod (Sir Anthony Hopkins)is shown sitting at a table, waiting to interview Major W. O'Neill (Cyril Cusack, who is strangely enough, not listed in the credits). The warder brings Cusack into the interviewing room and introduces Cusack to Hopkins as "O'Neill. W." Cusack then cheerfully greets Hopkins by saying "Hello, Tony!" instead of "Hello Johnny!" Being the pro that he is, Hopkins does not blink an eye!
