After Nicole gets back together with David, they are swimming.Then David gets out of the pool and grabs the magazine from Nicole's step-mom and he throws it on the ground then tosses her in the pool. Then seconds later, you see the ground where he threw down the magazine, but the magazine isn't there, it has suddenly disappeared.
