Dragonball Z - Two Vegitas?!
The slip-up is right after Gohan finally defeated Cell. Gohan lost a lot of energy and is injured so he fell on the ground. Everyone (except Vegita) goes to Gohan in joy because Cell is dead. If you remember Vegita was hovering in the air the whole time, from when he blasted at Cell, to when everyone left, but when everyone's by Gohan and Vegita is supposed to be in the air, Gohan looks up to see everyone and Vegitas on the ground, but he's supposed to be in the air!

It's because Funmation has edited so much out of the series. You miss out on heaps of stuff which makes some of it not make sense, like how some people get hurt badly when you don't even see them get hit or anything. It really spoils the show!!!

Exactly, they have to edit a lot here so that people don't have a fit about an excessive amount of violence. Another instance is in the World Martial Arts Tourney, when Videl faces Spokavich (check the spelling) the japanse version show Videl bleeding pretty bad at the end of the match, but the American version shows very little blood, just a little that ran out the side of her mouth and shows some rough up marks.
