Romeo and Juliet - A Nod from Romeo
When Romeo has been looking at Juliet through the fish tank for a few seconds you see him do a nod/wink and immediately the nurse enters. He is obviously signalling it is time for her to come in and its really noticeable. Spoils the romantic mood!

That's rubbish!!I don't think they would've let something that obvious go by. I think Romeo was intentionally signalling to Juliet that the nurse was coming into the room...as you do.
