When Diane gets pregnant her and Jack mark how big her stomach is on the wall. They first start marking in August. But they also show Diane at the homecoming dance (which is usually around October or November) and she tells her friends she doesn't need a tampon so they figure out she's pregnant. If Diane didn't look pregnant at homecoming then how could she have looked pregnant in August??
