Negotiator, The - Where'd the Other Disk Come From?
Chris Sabian hands Frost 2 disks, both of which he crushes, but as Sabian helps Roman out the door, he has at least one identical disk in his hand. The disk is undamaged, but furthermore, why would he have it? He has a downed cop and he stops to pick up a diskette?

but if you had watched the part before the cops burst into the house, you would have heard that sabien and roman could not actually find any evidence, so the disk(s) he holds is blank!!!!

The disks that he hands to Frost are not the real disks (the ones that implicate him and the other cops). He just hands him a couple of disks that he found in the house. Why would Sabian be stupid enough to let Frost destroy the only hard evidence that would exonerate Roman?
