When Natalie goes into Red Star's mainframe to look for Eric's "stolen" software she goes in a white outfit with a oxygen mask thing over her mouth. When she starts to do her back hand-springs so the alarm won't go off she doesn't have it on anymore.
Easy explanation she took it off in the white room because she needed it in there only because she wanted to cover her face and breathe at the same time she didn't need it in the other room. Plus she had to put it down in there because the alarm would go off in the other room with the sensors. It makes perfect sense
