In the beginning when Cameron is meeting Ms. Perky she is talking to him and something is thrown at the window. They talk and Cameron leaves the room and Pat enters immediately. You can see the same window that had something thrown at it and it is suddenly clean, but when Pat leaves you can see the same window and whatever was thrown at it is back on the window again.
