Armageddon - Hat
When the two shuttles stop at the Russian space station to fuel up. AJ is down in the fuel pod. At the point after he pulls the lever and the russian comes running in and yells down to him.
AJ is looking up at him saying "This is the lever" He is clearly not wearing a hat. When it starts to spark and he jumps to the ladder he is wearing a hat. It is on and off through out this scene.

I didn't notice that AJ's hat was on/off. But I did happen to notice something else just like it. After giving AJ his instructions about the fuel pressure gauges, etc, we see the Russian climb up and out of the fuel pod, and walk over to a control panel with his hat clearly on his head. The camera then cuts away from him for a very brief moment as he begins shouting out instructions to the various shuttle crew members. The camera then cuts back to him. The hat he was wearing less than 2 seconds before has now completely disappeared.
