Toy Story - Binoculars
Go to the scene where Buzz and Woody are using the binoculars to watch what Sid is doing in the next yard. If you notice, Buzz only looks through one side of the binoculars, but when it shows the inside and what he's looking at, the little black ovals show that he's looking through BOTH SIDES, not just one. It does this more than once.

If you notice the binoculars at other times in the movie he also has two eyes. I guess you never had one of these toys when you were little, the eyes are on the binoculars that way. They aren't supposed to be Woody's eyes.

I'm pretty sure he means when it showed it from buzz's view and he was looking in. not the eyes on the front, Vince. So this is a slipup.
