At the beginning of the movie, Shelley is running through a hallway in the lab. When she gets to the end of the hallway, she opens a door to her right, and to the inside of the open door on the left there is another door with a posted sign reading AUTHORIZED PERSONEL ONLY. She goes in, closes the door and the AUTHORIZED door has disappeared.
