During the scene where Jim is at the party, he walks toward Nadia slowly. As he walks through the doorway, look closely on the right in the room Nadia is in. You can see a big microphone clearly in the shot. What is that? Someone definitely made a mistake with that.
In the DVD commentary they even announce that it is a slip up. Also when Stifler is barfing up the "Pale Ale" the directors said that the MPAA rating system wold not let them put the original saying which is "Man Chowder"!
