Spaceballs - Zip Your Shirt Up
Go to the part of the movie where the captain turns the movie off. When it comes back on the surgen is making our with the nurse. When she realizes that other peaple are watching she zippes up her shirt. But when they walk out the door again her shirt is unzipped again.
