Near the end of the movie Indiana is running onto the old bridge for the first time. The bridge has many missing boards across it. If you look closely (you may have to pause it) you can see that Indiana steps on one of those missing boards but just keeps on going. If this were real then he would have fallen to his death and there would have been no Indiana Jones Trilogy.
