During the scene where Jareth is talking to Hoggle, after Hoggle has left Sara because he has brought her as far as he can go, Hoggle hears Sara call for help. As he turns around Jareth is right behind him. When Jareth throws the Crystal ball to Hoggle and it turns into a peach he uses his right hand and then puts it back at his side. A few shots later he pulls out a wand from the same hand that was once empty moments earlier.
