In the episode of recess where the woman comes on the playground to study and film the kids at play, she films Mikey , T.J. and some other kids hanging upside-down on a pipe. If you notice, the pipe is orange in color. Later when T.J. and his friends sneak into the room to watch the movie, the pipe that they are hanging on is gray in the movie. The movie isn't in black and white, because everything else is in color. It definitely looks like a slip up to me.
