When they are robbing the fishermen, right before they throw him into the water, you can see that he still has his on fishing suit. But, when they pick him up to throw him, he is in his boxers and t-shirt.
Listen, before they threw him in the water, someone said "Oh wait lets get his wallet, we already committed murder we might as well rob his ass aswell" and that black guy said I'll take his boxers, and they had a fight over his clothes! and so eventually ended up taking them all! get with it girl!!!

when the girls are saying that the want the credit cards and jewelery ray says "ima take his drawers" so he takes the trouseres thats why he was wearing shorts and t-shirt.
