On the 1-800-Collect commercial where Ava Savalot meets the guys stranded on the side of the road, one of them says the car is dead and the battery on their cell phone has run out. Then she comes back by saying, "Use 1-800-Collect." Ummm... how can they use 1-800-Collect when their phone is dead? Sure, later in the commercial they use a pay phone, but think about it, people.
