Ever After - Margrite Is a Blonde, Right?
Go to the very beginning of the movie when Danielle is first meeting her step sisters. Margrite gets out of the carriage first and stands on the right. If you look at her hair under the hat type thing she has on, you can see that it is dark brown. The problem-Margrite has blonde hair!

I saw that too. The only explanation I can think of is that her hair just got lighter as she grew up. Hey, it can happen. I was a redhead as a baby, then my hair changed to white blonde, and now it's a goldish blonde.. so hair color change is possible.

Couldn't her step sister have had brown hair when she was young and had blond hair when she grew up? I mean, sometimes people's hair changes color. It's just a though. :o)

It's also entirely possible the she dyed her hair. Women have dyed their hair for centuries.

Well my sister was born with jet black hair, when she was younger brown hair, and know she has dirty blonde! So it is very possible for her hair color to change.

Actually, if you watch for a few more minutes, when Danielle's father is about to leave, Marguerite's hair is a dark blond. The front part looks a little darker, but the long hair in the back is obviously dark blond. It may have gotten lighter as she grew up, but it wouldn't even have to change that much. And by the way, her name is Marguerite, not Margrite.

I was born with brown hair and had brown hair until I was about 3 or 4 then it started turning into a kinda dark blonde which is the color my hair is now. So it could've changed over the years. Also, people have been dying their hair since, at least, ancient Rome (maybe further back).
