At the end of the scene where Ethan is trying to get the Noc list off the computer in the Black Vault, Krieger says somdthing to Ethan. But in the previous scene Ethan said that any thing above a whisper would set off the alarm, but it didn't go off. The same thing happens when Ethan's testing the decibel meter.
