IT (Stephen King's) - Traffic Stop
At the very end of the movie after the main character revives his wife by riding on a bicycle, he stops in the middle of an intersection, causing traffic to stop to avoid hitting them. But if you look, you notice that cars coming from both directions stop to avoid hitting them. If they would have kept going they would have collided head-on with oncoming traffic. A mistake by the stunt choreographers of the movie.
