Dr. Dolittle - The Dog Understands the Doctor?
This slip-up occurs in the scene where Eddie Murphy takes his dog (Norm McDonald) to the veterinarian for a check-up. We know that the animals can only understand Eddie Murphy and no other humans. When the Vet loses the thermometor in the dog, the dog starts to moan and the Vet says, "You see I have to interpret what the dog is feeling right now." then the dog looks to Eddie Murphy and says, "What's to interpret? I have a thermometer in my butt!" How did he hear the Vet say this????
