Tenchi Muyo! - Ryoko's Wound or Toonami's Mistake
Look at the scene where Tenchi, Ryoko, Azaka and Kamidake are on the Ryo-Ohki. Ryoko had been seriously wounded by Kagato, and had bled through her armor. To make the episode more appropriate, Toonami colored the blood black to match her clothes. In one scene, you can't see the blood at all, because it was edited. In the next scene, though, you can see the bright red wound. When the scene switched again, it's black again. I think that Toonami should either not edit, or be more careful when they do!

Yes... that is what Toonami does. Since their shows in the day are rated Y-7 they can't show blood, that's why i would watch Gundam Wing when it was on at night since they could play the PG version and show the blood. But yes, since they have to keep it at that rating they can't have any blood and they edit it all out. It was just a slip up that they missed a scene while editing, but they have no control whether they can edit it or not, they have to.
