When the commercial starts. The guy is listening to a CD preview at a record store. He takes the CD he wants to the counter and buys it. He puts it in his Portable CD player and starts walking home. He gets home, takes the CD out, opens the CD player and breaks. Then, the Tantric ring tone is downloaded and he's all happy again.

The Slip-up: When he buys the CD, he gives it to the cashier, he types the number in, and the guy takes it back. At no point is ANY money exchanged. He takes the CD and leaves, With no sign of anyone stopping him.
