Island of Dr. Moreau, The - I Can't Move!
When Val Kilmer is giving the beast people their injections to keep them calm, he notices that Hyena wont come to get his injection. When he and the others go to chase after Hyena, the little naked mini Dr. Moreau thing just stays still. You can totally tell he is a robot or statue!

Are you kidding?!?, They did not use a robot or a statue. They used a dwarf, I saw it on the behind the scenes. Just because he stood still does not mean that he is a robot or statue. It's not like he could catch him if he tried, he's like 3 feet tall.
