Some people might not think this is a slip-up, but I think it is a pretty big one. Go to the part in the movie where this big fan sort of thing blows Richard's (David Spade's) "wig" nearly off his head. In one shot the wig is totally out of place and very messed up. The camera cuts to Tommy (Chris Farley). Then, the shot is back on Richard again and his hair is neat, and it looks like it did before the fan messed it up. I thought it was very funny. Check it out.
