Go to the scene where Timmy and Dr. Grant are climbing down the tree out of the wrecked Explorer tour vehicle. As the Explorer starts to fall, the one of the headlights clearly smashes on a branch. Then, from the next camera angle, the same headlight is intact and working again. As the two camera angles swap, the headlight is alternately broken and working.
