In the part where the girls are calling Kenny "Chester Cheetah" you see them talking in a group and Kenny gets mad and walks away. Well, it is obvious that the foreign guy was there, making fun of him too. But, when Kenny walks away, you can hear the foreign guy talking, but you can't see him at all. He couldn't have moved, or been missed in he shot because it was too fast and you can see the entire group and then some. Just watch the movie. It's easy to see and quite hilarious!
