In the movie 'Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls', a pregnant woman is shown when Ace is proving himself to the other tribe, when the baby shoots out and lands into the arms of a man, it is shown as a baby doll, which, I don't blame anyone for that, but, with camera tricks and all, I think they could of done a better job, and made the baby look more. . . realistic.
