when the weather man steals the weather machine and after he steals the snowmobile he runs into a candy factory. He falls into the vat of chocolate and the weather machine gets covered in chocolate! Then you see him get out of the chocolate and the machine is clean. After that he is on the ladder and there is chocolate on it! Then when he flies through the air and the machine falls and Hallie catches it, it is all clean again!
