Grease 2 - Odd Sandwich
When Stephanie and Michael are eating at the diner working on Hamlet....she orders a hamburger. She gets the hamburger and says, "No ketchup!" She puts the ketchup on the hamburger and takes a bite. She offers a bite to Michael, and it is a sliced ham and lettuce sandwich. When he says, "No," she takes a bite of a hamburger. I think it is weird!

I don't think Alison meant that Stephanie (Michelle Pfeiffer)was saying there was ketchup on the hamburger when she didn't want any...she was saying "No Ketchup!" meaning, what good is a hamburger without ketchup?? Her point was that the sandwich changed from a hamburger to a ham sandwich. However, I don't believe it was actually a ham sandwich, just a very thin hamburger patty, which is/was typical for those types of diners.

She wasn't saying that she didn't want ketchup. She told them when she ordered it to put ketchup on it. When they brought her the hambuger, there was on ketchup on it, so she said, "No ketchup," meaning there was no ketchup on it. It's not that weird of a scene if you actually listen to what she says.
