Fast forward to the scene where Jennifer Lopez is talking to Carl as he is sitting by a tub removing organs from a woman's body. The first time you see the woman's face, she is high enough out of the water/blood that her *cough* chest is exposed. In the next show, she is deeper in the water with only her neck and head sticking out. She keeps changing how much of her upper body is out of the water from scene to scene. This may be my imagination, but at one point during the scene her face flexes ever so slightly.
