How is this a slip-up? I for one, don't stop at EVERY stop sign. If it's dead, and no one is around, why bother?? I don't speed by em, but just kinda roll....I don't remember that part, but if he wasn't going fast, and there weren't many people around...he might not have cared as much...

He was in a hurry that's all. Cops don't always stop for signs.

No slip up here...he almost hits a guy on a bike who says something like "slow down", and Kincaid says "sorry".

This is no slip up. Cops don't have to stop for stop signs. Usually they will unless they are in a hurry but some do abuse the privlege.

Actually, if you listen and watch closely, Kinkaide almost hits a guy shortly after running the stop sign and you can hear him say "Watch out man!" and Kinkaide say "Sorry!". I don't remember completely, but it was something to that effect.
