In the famous shower scene, where everyone showers together, look at the actor Busey. His top of underwear is in plain site. Yes, I'm a woman. I looked.
I watched the shower scene a million times to see if I could catch this...and I didn't. In fact, I disbelieve it. Everyone else seems to be completely naked, and in ne shot you see Ace from behind and he's not wearing...anything. Also...I read an interview with Busey (the actor who played Ace Levy) when they asked what the shower scene was like and he said "It was weird...everyone was standing around, naked." Maybe you saw something else and THOUGHT it was underwear?
Actually, if you have the special edition DVD, listen to the Actor's Commentary. You'll clearly hear them state that not only were all the actors naked, but so they wouldn't feel so uncomfortable, the director stripped down too!
