In the intro when the agent tries to hit trinity with a truck. If you look at the timings you will notice that the trucks headlights shine at trinity in the phone booth before the truck even turns to face her....
This isn't a slip-up, you just have the timings wrong.

Order of the sequence is as follows:
1. Trinity turns around a corner and sees the phone booth.
2. The truck enters the scene, then turns to face the booth.
3. The truck starts to move forward to crush the booth.
4. The phone rings, and trinity rushes to get it.
5. Trinity is in the booth, and faces the truck right before is crushes the booth.
This is not a slip-up as the truck's lights were already pointed at the booth, before trinity was even in it. As a result, the lights are on trinity the whole time she is in the booth.
